At the Spring Conference of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors in New Orleans, Rick John, Executive Vice President and Branch manager in Ontario, was recognized with a Legacy Circle designation for 30 years of service to SIOR.
Rick John has over 37 years of commercial real estate experience. With top salesman accolades the last eleven of thirteen years. Rick’s thirty year plus career has been focused in the San Bernardino/Riverside County markets.
He served as the 1998 and 2014 President of the SIOR. During his career, Rick has been responsible for the marketing of 40,000,000 square feet of buildings over 5,000 acres of industrial land with a transaction volume approaching two billion dollars.
